Our new House in The Gap

If all goes well, we are the owners of 15 Desbet Street - The Gap in a few days time. Contract has been accepted and we just have the legal stuff to contend with now. Both Jan and I have recovered a little from being terrified to being very excited at the prospect of being in our own house again. Enough of the renting already.....We are still able to keep our one bedroom unit at Kelvin Grove as our investment property, and thanks to Kevin Rudd, we will get $ 14 000 from him as first time home buyers. The Garage is "to die for" or as they say here "you Beaut" and can fit 3 cars and has the same space under the house as well. You can click on the pictures to get bigger versions if you want....
