On Easter Sunday, we will have been Permanent Residents of Australia for two years. This means we are now eligable to become Australain citizens. That is if we first pass the citizenship test you have to write, and then submit our application forms. So, with the exception of Ryan, we should have "done the deed" in the next few weeks and gone and taken the oath (sworn on the kangaroo).....and be able to get our Aussie Passports. This is a pretty mementious occasion for us, and I guess I will then no longer be able to "flip flop" between supporting the South African teams and the Aussie teams in the cricket and rugby. If the truth be told, I still feel a huge pride when the Saffers bliksem the Aussies, but don't tell anyone I said that please....
