Just so thankful for all the prayers and wishes from friends and family. I have just heard from the doctor that Jan is in recovery and that the operation went well. Seems the cancer did not spread, and all tests they did during the proceedure were negative. We are hoping she will not require any Chemo and she will be allowed home on Wednesday sometime.
It was Jan's huge belief that carried her through, as well as the prayers from all our many many friends both in Australia and back in South Africa, and our family as well. Thank you all for your support.
I just love this picture of Jan, taken with Andrew Kriel - when South Africa won the world cup. I am just so blessed to have a wife who can laugh and love her family again. So happy that I will be able to see that smile again in the days and weeks to come.
