A night out in Perth with the Hillen's, McCartneys and Hall's, with the added surprise of the Mick's

We had a wonderful evening in Perth last night with some very long lost friends - Jan had last seen some of them nearly 30 years ago. We saw Alan and Fiona Hall sister of Meryl our Bridesmaid, John and Gail Hillen and their 5 children, and Andy and Antionette and their 2 children. In addition, and a huge surprise, was Mr and Mrs Mick, Fiona and Meryl's mom and dad who have just arrived for a two month holiday in Australia. There was much laughter and fun, and we all ended up eating "fish and Chips" at Sharkies at Hillary's Harbour and then went back to Alan and Fiona's house. A few phone calls were put in, to Richard in London and Meryl and Mark in Jo'burg, and the best chirp of the evening came from Alan, who asked Mark when he was coming to Australia, and he obviously said something like "when Meryl decides she wants to come", so Alan says, "Leave Meryl behind...just bring Caroline (their maid).........lol
