"Echo's to the sounds, of Silence"

After continually waking up with Jan sleeping in the spare room due to my snoring, I attended the Sleep clinic last night to have a sleep study done (at great cost I may add), well, the above picture is taken at 5am in the morning where I could not hold on any more and had to be unplugged to go to the loo, me and the 26 electrical cables hooked up to my head, chest, legs, fingers and TWO goodies shoved up my nose and TWO suicide bomber type belts around my chest and waist. Need it be said it was one of the most miserable nights of my life, How the heck does one sleep under this type of distress?? I had a cable for everything and then a few more, It was like sleeping under an electrician's workbench. You can't roll over and on more than one occasion I considered very strongly just going totally bossies and ripping the whole lot off and escaping to my car downstairs and home to my proper bed. They say I did snore - a bit - maybe because I only got about three hours sleep in and only when I was so tired I just had to, but the results will come in a week or so and then I guess the only thing for me to do is loose some more weight (yes I have been trying) and stop snoring.
Isn't it ironic, that the two nights before, Jan and I had very good nights when she slept well and so did I - oh well Jan, the proof is now irrefutable, I am the guy from the Silence of the Lambs, so when I roll over and say "Good evening Clarice" don't get a fright.

I was reminded of my times in Saudi, and what those bloody suicide bombers must feel like as well......lol
