We had a family get together this Sunday at our place for a braai and lunch. Very hot nowdays and thank goodness for the fans and the air conditioner. Guess we will be heading for the pools and the sea soon. It was Kevin Holm's birthday so we went to a "do" at their house on Saturday night which was very nice. I had my "Bunnings injection" this week, and was able to get Kevin a nice set of chisels as a present. Think he liked them.
Ian played well yesterday and is still not out so will continue batting next week in his match against the "Ferny Fireballs". His bowling was good and unfortunately he dropped a very difficult chance in the slips, but at least got both hands to the ball.
