Dave's Bakgat Braai

I bought a great little braai (of the charcoal variety) from Bunnings - my favourite home from home, for $69 the other day. Nice to taste meat braaied on a proper braai instead of being "fry'ed on the gas Barbecue"
Nice and small, it does the braai for the family in a couple of minutes, but still nowhere near Leon's Bakgat Braai's he is now making and selling to all the ex Saffers around Brissie - now that's the Rolls Royce of braai's mate.
