The result of a ride down Bronwyns (see below video) I now have less skin on my legs and arms, together with a few broken ribs.
I tried to execute a perfect one and a half sumersault with a half twist in the tucked position (over my handlebars), to land in a cloud of dust and small stones, but didn't quite stick the landing..........
I am now discovering the joys of Morphine pills and also saw the same "spacemen" Jan saw recently after her operation...and to think we thought she was going milly? sorry Doll, I know they do exist now, but it only hurts when I laugh. I sneezed today and thought I had done a few more, oh well
