Very exciting news for us, has been that Ian was selected to play in the North West Districts Hockey side this last week after trails were held recently. Aparantly they now go further and the next step is to be chosen to represent Met North.
Ian is very excited and naturally has outgrown his hockey stick, so we will be off to Super A Mart sports this weekend to kit him out with the required goodies...
Watch this space as he has been asked to join the local hockey club by one of the coaches who is heavily involved in Queensland hockey....guess they are out to spot the talent from an early age - oh well, proud parents again.
