Last Game of the Cricket season for Ian

Ian played his last game of the cricket season (the first half) and will complete the game next weekend. Ian was the captain again, and the team has lost a few boys who had to start the Aussie Rules footy season, but played very well, even after having pulled a groin muscle yesterday (playing for his school side). After bowling his overs, Ian made himself the wicketkeeper, and made some spectacular run outs and stumpings. His batting was not too bad, and he hit a few fours before being bowled. Jan and I watched with Jack's parents, John and Zoe. Jan was saying if Ian's Bampa was looking down from heaven, he would just be so proud of his namesake, so are we...
