Have a look on the right hand side a little further down, and you will see I have now lost 15Kg of weight since I started my diet on the 3rd of January. Certainly feeling the difference, especially when I ride my bike (like a Nagasaki Greyhound) around the river route I do on Sunday mornings of 30 Km's.
Been a bit slow as I have been away and staying in Hotels, but a loss is a loss, and I don't mind only loosing on average about a Kilo and a half a week for the first 8 weeks. We now take aim for 20Kg's - another 5 to go and then I will see where we go from then.
Jan says I don't snore anymore.....Sleep Apnea is in it's moer !!!
