Jim and I stepped up another notch today, in that, we did our normal river ride and then headed for Mt Cootha Lookout for coffee (instead of in Toowong). Heck it's a hell of a hill to ride up, but we just went at our own pace, and then afterward, went along the top and past the TV stations (9, 10 and 7)and back home. I can feel it as I sit any type. We are getting ready for the Brisbane to Gold Coast ride on October the 7th, which is from Southbank to Surfers Paradise - 100 Km. I have had Komatsu cycling kit made up nad we will have a bunch of us, acting as moving billboards to the coast..
Can't wait.
