Had a bit of a slow down, and if the truth be told, I am not on a diet anymore, just trying to keep my new eating habits going, which means no beers, very limited "no sugar" cooldrinks, I drink a lot of water every day (thats why we have a drought here..), no sugar, butter, marg, oils or fats, no dairy (no milk), drink black coffee and lemon tea, but ride my bike much more than I ever did. Try and do as close to 100km a weekend and hills during the weekdays when I am at home. Well, It's working for me, so will be aiming for another 10kg now and have 9 more to go.
Slowed down a bit, but my clothes look stupid on me now and I will have to get a new belt or punch another two holes in it. I have gone down 5 holes on my belt which is still very loose (whatever that means), and I feel a lot better for it. I am no longer riding a tandum on my own!! and can feel the difference 21kg makes up the hills in The Gap.
The new ME is taking shape and is still a work in progress.
