This afternoon, Ian and I made 20Kg's of Boerewors in "Dave's Bakgat Boerie Factory" aka the Garage under the house. Here you can see the whole process, mainly mixing the mince with the spices (adding my secret ingredients, the juice)and loading the sausage filling machine, making the wors and then vacuum packing the stuff - 33 packets this time. it costs a fortune in the shops here. We also made some garlic wors for Roy and Claire as well. Orders?.........
